The “Lützow-Jahn Monument” erected in 1902 is a reminder of the French-Prussian battle on September 4,1813 between Lütauer See and Drüsensee.
It was built on the initiative of the Combat Comrades and Warriors Association.
The crowning eagle with outstretched wings, which held the globe in its talons, disappeared at some point.
